Enter the billing email address used when purchasing our modules, below, to have all of the associated license keys sent to your email account. If you purchased from MivaCentral, you should visit their site for assistance. This form only works for NetBlazon license keys.

Submit a Trouble Ticket
If after reading our FAQs you still need support, you should open a trouble ticket. Our helpdesk system allows us to track support requests as efficiently as possible. Emails sent directly to staff or to other NetBlazon email addresses cannot be tracked and may not be responded to. Please allow 3-4 days for support response during the summer months.
Phone Support
We do not offer free phone support. All support is handled through our helpdesk. Voicemails and direct emails regarding support issues will not be returned. If you need emergency support by phone, you may purchase Emergency Support for individual issues.
