NetBlazon accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via our website. We can also accept orders by phone (1-866-400-2444). We do not currently accept payments by check or money order.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days with no "restocking fees". We ask that you destroy any copies of our modules for which you have received a refund. To request a return, email us at support@netblazon.com and include your license key.
Our sales tax databases are an exception to this rule. Because these products consist entirely of sales tax data, we cannot allow returns of these products for any reason.
The latest version of each of our modules is listed on the corresponding product page. By comparing this version number with the version listed within your Miva Merchant administration, you can determine if an update has been released.
Updates are free and you main obtain the latest by emailing us at support@netblazon.com and including your license key. Note that we use the term update to refer to the latest release of a given module for the same platform. For most of our modules, there is not a free upgrade from Miva Merchant 4.x to Miva Merchant 5.x (with the exception of FeedExact.com and AccurateTax.com supporting modules).
If you currently own a copy of any of our modules in uncompiled 4.x format, you may upgrade to 4.x compiled for roughly 50% of the retail cost of the module. Contact us if you need to move to the 4.x compiled version of any of our modules.
We also offer volume pricing if you run multiple stores on the same or different domains. If you wish to buy multiple copies of the same module for use on additional stores, please contact us with details for a quote.
