Payment on Account is an account- or purchase order-based payment module that can be limited to certain customers, or allowed for everyone in your store. It's also an easy way to allow developers to place a test order without using a credit card.

Payment on Account is the ultimate billing and purchase order payment module for B2B sites. Allow all or only certain customers to enter a purchase order number, or even to bypass payment information collection altogether.

Payment on Account allows you to configure the payment name in the dropdown payment menu, whether to display a box to collect data such as a purchase order number, and the HTML to display next to the purchase order number box. Only those customers who have been approved by the store administrator to use this payment method will see it in their dropdown payment menu, unless the option to show the method to all users is selected.
