Payment Information

NetBlazon accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard via our website. We can also accept orders by phone (1-866-400-2444). We do not currently accept payments by check or money order.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days with no restocking fees. We ask that you destroy any copies of our modules for which you have received a refund. To request a return, email a copy of your email receipt to miva@netblazon.com.

Our sales tax databases are an exception to this rule. Because these products consist entirely of sales tax data, we cannot allow returns of these products for any reason.

Upgrades

The latest version of each of our modules is listed beside the module image on the corresponding product page. By comparing this version number with the version listed within Merchant's administration, you can determine if an update has been released.

Updates are free and you main obtain the latest by emailing a copy of your receipt to updates@netblazon.com.

If you currently own a copy of any of our modules in uncompiled format, you may upgrade to compiled for roughly 50% of the retail cost of the module. Contact us if you need to move to the compiled version of any of our modules.
