Welcome to the "brave new world" of Miva Merchant 5.5! With all the new advancements, Miva Merchant is experiencing a bit of a renaissance. And NetBlazon is excited to have refocused our efforts on our renowned ecommerce offerings. This month we have released an upgrade to our Zip Based Sales Tax module, which now supports the ability to directly import our sales tax databases. For those of you who've endured our temporary Excel macro workaround, this new release is very exciting! Enjoy much quicker imports and updates of your data. Contact us for your free upgrade.
We've also released our second module for Miva Merchant 5, our popular Payment on Account module. It's a great way to bypass payment details for customers with an established account. But did you know you can also use it to collect purchase order payments? Or to allow developers to place test orders without entering credit card details, while hiding that same method from your real customers? Payment on Account is flexible enough to offer a wide variety of uses!

Holiday Cards Unlimited is the subject of one of our recent case studies. A brief tour of this Miva Merchant 4-enabled website will give you a good idea of how much the software can be customized to individual needs. Using OpenUI Supermod templates, we created the ability for customers to personalize their holiday cards at a very detailed level, to save their favorite cards in a list that can be shared with colleagues or bosses, and to review their order with a dynamic and super-organized shopping cart.
